Ryan and Heather’s Passport O’ Love

Ryan and Heather’s beautiful June wedding was the best start to our summer wedding season. It was a sweet, simple, outdoor ceremony at a beautiful golf course, with a hilarious and fun bridal party. The only downside was being covered head-to-toe with mosquitoes!! Where did all those things come from? It was like a biblical plague! We barely survived those little bloodsuckers – the bugs, not the couple! haha.

Anyway, back to the wedding…We had a lot of fun playing off the theme of how the couple met – backpacking through Europe. Jealous, right? Covering countries together has a way of bonding people, and the bond these two have is unmistakable.

We’re so happy for you two, Ryan and Heather, and we appreciate you choosing us to be a part of your day!

Take a look at a few of our favourites from the day – and remember, comments make us happy!

Aadil always looking good and working hard!

Six Days Old – and Cuter than Ever – Baby Logan

We met Lee and Tara quite a few years ago when they were planning their wedding. Booking us two years in advance, and then changing their wedding a month before to head to Vegas, we knew this couple was up for any adventure. And now, they’ve taken on one of the greatest adventures ever (or so we’ve been told, haha) – that of being a parent!

So, on behalf of Lee and Tara, we’d like to introduce you to their six-day-old cutie, baby Logan! Welcome to the world, little guy, we know you will be loved and never have a dull moment!

Take a look at some of our favs from his first ever photoshoot!

Paul & Naomi’s E-session in E-town

We met Paul and Naomi when we were shooting Victor and Michal’s beautiful Lily Lake, AB, wedding in 2008. It was a stunning day filled with amazing people, and we were over-the-top excited when we were asked to shoot Paul and Naomi’s big day too!

With just weeks until their wedding day, we headed out to shoot some engagment portraits to show off at their reception. And, can we just say, we love, love, love the pics they rocked in Edmonton’s river valley?! Beautiful.

We hope you can feel the love – and the heat – radiating off these two, and make sure to check back in a few weeks to see their wedding pics!

Baby Mason

We absolutely love our photoshoots with the Molloy family – they are always so much fun! And, today, we get to introduce to you their latest addition, baby Mason!

Shawn, Paula, big sister Georgia and 10-day-old Mason came in from out of town and met up with us at a hotel here in Edmonton to do some intimate baby photos. I love the lifestyle effect we got even though we were at a hotel.

Welcome to the world, little man, we can’t wait to capture you on “film” as you continue to grow up!

Here are a few of our favourites from this baby and family portrait shoot!

Curtis & Candice Engagement

Springtime in Edmonton is often hard to capture since you have to battle rain, wind and snow, but you’d never know that from these shots – Curtis and Candice brought the heat!

In addition to rocking their shoot at the Muttart Conservatory, they also brought us some fun, by way of their adorable puppy, Guinness! Guinness is great, because like most photographers, he has a short attention span – ooh! A Squirrel! And, in this case we nearly lost him to the squirrels in the park, but I think we managed to hide that in the photos. Haha.

Take a look at a few of our favourite images from the shoot, and stay tuned for their upcoming wedding to hit the blog soon too!
