Gary & Christine’s Wedding!

And then there were two: Gary and Christine. Two people full of love and quiet strength. Two people full of joy and a willingness to help others before themselves. Two people starting out on their own, yet not alone, as they have the crazy fun, love and support of 10 brothers and sisters, and countless family members and friends.

The ceremony was held at the beautiful new St. Charles Parish (accompanied by the wonderful vocals of a choir full of family members), and then we headed out for some family formals in Griesbach and some casual formals in Gold Bar Park. The wedding party was hilarious and willingly trekked down some trails in heels and in the heat – and shooting alongside runners, cyclists and the occasional wet dogs kept the shots colourful and the party on their toes.

We ended the night – and just barely avoided the monstrous storm that moved into Edmonton that night – at the Polish Veterans Hall. A live band helped the party rage inside as the storm raged outside.

We were blessed to share in Gary and Christine’s day and are excited to see what comes next for this world traveler and honor-student-turned-computer-vigilante (we’ll let you guess who is who).

Take a look at a few special shots from Gary and Christine’s big day! We hope you like them!
