We met and booked Lee and Tara for their big day way back in 2007. It seemed like two years was a lot, but now, a few weeks after their big day, it’s insane to think how fast that time flew! Now, a lot can change in two years, and it did for these two. About a month before their planned wedding date in Edmonton, they packed up their family for a quick getaway to fabulous Las Vegas and had an incredibly awesome private ceremony.
Fast forward a month to their original wedding date, and it is now their date to publicly celebrate a wonderful life freshly started together. We met up with the two lovebirds for some formals in Edmonton’s downtown (including hitting up Sir Winston Churchill Square and City Hall, and making the new Art Gallery of Alberta look good). As the freezing wind blew, they kissed and cuddled to keep warm – always the best recipe for warm noses on a cold fall day!!
We then rocked out the much warmer Citadel Theatre lobbies for the rest of the formals, including a few family shots. After a few more stolen kisses – now decidedly warmer in temperature – we all headed over to the Sawmill Banquet & Catering Centre to dance the night away Vegas style.
